Rob and I decided to take a trip today to discovery park. We went thinking we would walk some off the trails but the wind was so strong and cold we decided to check out the inside of discovery park. To our surprise we had a fun and educational time. It was like a museum and Rob loves museums! He loves to stop at every display and take in the fascinating information it has to offer. Well Discovery Park was no disappointment for him. The first room has displays about the town with old artifacts. Then in the other rooms it goes into more of an educational feel with displays about the sun, radio waves, different scientists and their discoveries and then on how telescopes are now made, which was very interesting! All in all we spent about two hours having fun in there. Next trip will be my kind of fun....hiking out doors! There is also so much to explore outside I can't wait to see!
